【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of sequential use of povidone iodine cream and medical chitosan wound repair membrane (spray type) in treatment of small area Ⅱdegree burn and scald.Method:150 patients with small area Ⅱdegree burn and scald admitted into emergency department of affiliated Xingtan hospital affiliated to the shunde hospital of southem medical university from July 2015 to March 2017 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according random number table,75 cases in each group.Observation group was given sequential use of povidone iodine cream and medical chitosan wound repair membrane,control group was purely given povidone iodine cream.The wound healing time,wound scar situation,and wound healing rate after treatment for 1 and 2 weeks of two groups were compared,the drug safety of two groups were observed and recorded.
